Why aerate your lawn?

Core aeration removes small plugs of soil to relieve compaction and help water, air and nutrients reach the roots. It is especially useful where the ground feels hard, water struggles to soak in, or the lawn gets heavy foot traffic.

Aeration supports root growth and helps your lawn make better use of water and nutrients.

Before Your Service

Please mark sprinkler heads, shallow irrigation lines and other hidden features that our equipment should avoid.

After Your Service

• Leave the soil plugs on the lawn. They will gradually break down and return soil to the surface.
• Continue watering as needed. Avoid soaking the ground or creating runoff.
• If grass seed was also applied, follow the separate watering and mowing instructions for new seedlings.
• If fertilizer or weed control was also applied, follow those treatment instructions before watering or mowing.
